Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued in any condition.
In case of cancellation by the customer, the booking amount will be considered as service charges.
If Rachna Travels cancels the booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
